THE FOSTERS
Family is forever. Unfortunately.
At any given time, there are about 13,000 kids in the New York City foster system. Over the years, a few dozen of them have been sent upstate to Alice Prestwood, a grizzled, no nonsense Hunter who takes rebellious teenagers and teaches them to hunt monsters. Some of these fosters couldn't handle the hunter's life, but those that took up the mantle as adults have created a network with each other, to exchange information and aid when needed. If you’re a Foster, you’re a trusted member of the family.
Most Fosters work together in small groups, though there are the occasional loners. The largest current group is based in Brooklyn, New York, and after the recent exit of Parker Dorian, are now down to four hunters.

LEO
Looks like a cinnamon roll and is actually a cinnamon roll
Leo is the baby of the family, and he frequently acts like it. A little overconfidence and a whole lot of attitude don’t always make him a joy to be around, but he has a big heart buried under a pile of smart-ass comments. His charismatic nature also make him a natural asset to the team as the resident in-house con artist. If you need someone to distract a security guard or get evidence from a hesitant witness, you send in Leo.
Leo currently works as a bartender at the Brooklyn dive that also serves as the team’s base of operations.

KELLY
Looks like a cinnamon roll but could actually kill you
Kelly is super chill, sometimes annoyingly so. Nothing gets her riled up, which is great when the team needs a level head turning a tense moment, but it also makes her seem unimpressed with pretty much everything. Which she is, by the way. She is super unimpressed with you. She’s got a sense of humor, but it’s both a little dark and usually a little badly timed.
Kelly is the weapons and mechanical expert of the group, and other than hunting, is currently unemployed.

WYATT
Looks like they could kill you but is actually a cinnamon roll
Wyatt is the unofficial second-in-command of the group, as well as the peacemaker of the group. Quiet, calculating, and protective, he keeps the team together even when the rest of them really would rather not. A good hunter with strong instincts and a good eye for keeping other people safe, Wyatt brings the muscle to the team, as well as a good bit of heart.
Wyatt is the current manager of the Brooklyn dive bar that functions as the team home base.

VIV
Looks like they could kill you and can actually kill you
As both the oldest, and arguably the most capable hunter out of all of them, Viv has always been the de facto leader of the group. She’s a tactician, and lore expert, which makes her the best at planning and executing hunting plans. She assumes total loyalty from her team, and doesn’t do well when her authority is questioned. She’s also a mama bear to her family, but her brand of love is pretty tough-love.
Viv spent a few years on the NYPD force, but is now a full-time hunter.
